What do I get for free?

The free plan has no end date and needs no payment card. It keeps one kitten with today’s care tasks and what comes next, reminders for those tasks, the emergency card, the found-pet page with its QR code, every export, the Shop and your Shelf, and read access to anything you already saved in the passport.

How does the free trial work?

New Premium subscribers get 7 days free on the monthly or annual plan. In the iPhone and Android apps the trial runs through your App Store or Google Play account; on the web you add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends. After 7 days the plan you picked starts: $89.99 a year or $8.99 a month in the US, renewing until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or in the app’s billing settings on the web, and you are not charged. Store prices may vary by country. The trial is for new subscribers only.

What does Premium add?

Keeping the Pet Passport up to date: vet, vaccine and health records, weight, medications, insurance and documents such as vaccine certificates. Premium also adds a calendar feed for every due date, renewal, medication, yearly microchip-check and custom reminders, the full timeline and history, care packs for surgery day, vet visits, feeding, training, costs and sitters, more than one cat, and household sharing.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

They stay yours. Everything you saved remains readable and exportable on the free plan, and you can still switch off a found-pet page or a sitter link at any time.

Where do reminders work?

Reminders arrive by email and, in the iPhone and Android apps, as phone notifications when you allow them. You choose the hour and can switch either one off in the app. Every reminder email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly and annual plans renew until canceled. Cancel a web subscription through billing settings in the app, or manage a mobile purchase in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Premium stays available through the period you already paid for. Lifetime is no longer sold; anyone who already bought Lifetime keeps it.

Is there a mobile app?

KittenSchedule is available on the App Store and Google Play, and in a browser on your phone or computer. Sign in with your account to reach your saved cats and records.

How does household sharing work?

A Premium household member creates an invitation code. Other members create their own free accounts and join with that code to share cats, schedules, check-offs and passport records. Only one household member needs Premium.
