Privacy policy

This policy covers kittenschedule.com and the KittenSchedule app. We use the information below to operate accounts, save care checklists, support purchases, and understand where the product needs improvement.
Account and care information
When you create an account, we process your email address and authentication information. We store the cat profiles and completed checklist items you save, including names, birth dates, any breed you provide, and completion timestamps. Signed-in devices synchronize those profiles and checklist histories. If you join a household, its members can see the shared cat profiles and checklist history.
Photo-journal images and captions are stored locally on the device where you add them. They are not included in account backup or household sharing. Keep your own copy of photos you want to retain.
Purchases
Web payments are processed by Stripe. App Store and Google Play purchases use their respective payment systems, with RevenueCat supporting mobile purchase access. We keep subscription and purchase-status information so the correct features are available to your account.
First-party product events
We record product events such as signup attempts and results, adding a cat, completing a checklist item, opening an upgrade, and selecting or completing a purchase. Events can include a limited source category such as a guide or pricing page, a session identifier, and an account identifier when signed in. We use these records to diagnose failures and understand whether people can start and use the app. They are separate from newsletter subscription and do not create permission to send marketing emails.
Optional feedback
You can choose to send feedback about what is missing or preventing you from using the app. We store the feedback you submit and whether you allow a reply. If you give permission, we may reply about that feedback using your account email or the contact address you provide. Sending feedback does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please avoid including sensitive personal or veterinary information that is not needed to explain your feedback.
Email choices
Creating an account, saving a checklist, purchasing Premium, or sending feedback does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you separately ask for guide or app updates, we store your email address, the requested product, and the signup source to send those updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in an update email. Account-related messages and replies you request are separate from marketing updates.
Local storage and hosting logs
The app uses device storage for sign-in state, settings, cached care data, local photos, and product-session information. Our servers also keep standard access and error logs, which may include IP address, requested path, browser type, and time, for security and troubleshooting.
Children
KittenSchedule is intended for adults caring for pets and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and contact
You can delete your account from Settings in the app or use the account-deletion page. Local photo copies are managed on each device. For questions about your information, use our support page. We will update this page and its date when our practices change.

Use the browser for your plan and history. Due-date notifications are available in the iPhone and Android apps after you allow notifications.
