Creating an account or signing in
KittenSchedule works fully offline for tracking your kitten — an account is only needed if you want household sync (sharing across devices/family) or premium.
- Password requirements: your password must be at least 8 characters. If sign-up doesn't go through, that's the most common reason — try a longer password.
- "Could not reach the server": check your internet connection and try again. Your kitten data stays safe on your device either way.
- Forgot which email you used? Email us and we'll help you recover access.
Premium & billing
- Premium is $89.99 a year or $8.99 a month (US), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It keeps the Pet Passport up to date and adds documents, renewal, medication and custom reminders, the calendar feed, the full timeline and history, care packs, more than one cat and household sharing. - Free trial: cancel at least 24 hours before the 7 days end in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or through Manage subscription in Settings on the web, and you are not charged.
- Restore a purchase: Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account subscriptions, a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions, and a web subscription through Manage subscription in Settings.
- Lifetime is no longer sold. If you bought Lifetime, Restore Purchases brings it back.
Household sync
Premium households can sync a kitten's schedule across devices. Invite a family member from Settings → Household, then have them enter the join code. Everyone sees the same schedule and updates.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings → Delete account in the app, or at kittenschedule.com/delete-account/.
A note on veterinary care
KittenSchedule's schedules describe general, widely used conventions and are not veterinary advice. Every kitten is different — always confirm timing with your veterinarian.
